Better Than Movie Theater Popcorn
Do you ever get the craving for movie theater popcorn?
I mean, microwave popped popcorn is good but it just doesn't cut it.
You gotta pop it in some hot oil and slather a ton of butter and seasonings on popcorn to make it really good! And believe me this stuff is good. I could sit and eat a giant bowl full of this, and have. Don't judge.

Roasted Pork Loin with Goat Cheese and Spinach Pesto (A.K.A. "The Green Monster")
Ask and you will be answered. Do and you will receive.
See that up there? I came up with that by myself. Just add that to my resume, Sarah Freytag "philosopher".
Okay, maybe not that far, but I think a lot of people could use this advice.

A Tribute to Butternut Squash
Butternut squash is one of those vegetables that really gets famous during the holidays but almost gets forgotten the rest of the year.
It gets kicked to the side like an old dog.

Pork Chops with Whiskey Onion Gravy
What a beautiful day it was here in Austin!
The sun was finally shining, it got up into the 60 degree range, oh a great change from the cold rainy days we've been having!
Don't get me wrong, I love cold rainy days... just when I don't have to go anywhere. I just want to hibernate in that sort of weather.
Today however, I was ready to go!
